Of course!  Whether this is ad-hoc compliance support to ensure regulatory requirements are being met (including Analysis of Risk & Compliance (ARC) disclosures), or support during and after monitoring visits from the IPA, it is what we do.

Nova offers one-off or continual support to clients to help ensure matters such as AML risk assessments, documenting firm-wide policies and procedures and annual compliance reviews are being done.  We also carry out many SIP11 assessments for clients, whether as part of an annual compliance review or as a stand-alone review.
